Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage your tiles or bathware in their original crates or boxes, ensuring all protective internal padding is intact to prevent transit damage.
Shipping and Drop-off
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pallet pickup for larger bathroom fixtures.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the items are in resaleable condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
